The sDoktor application is a communication tool designed for faster and simpler communication between patients and doctors. It allows you to choose your doctor, send a voice message, and track the status of your inquiries and requests. The app also enables you to send messages and makes everyday communication with the medical practice easier.

When you change your phone:

• uninstall the sDoktor application from your current device,
• install the sDoktor application on your new device.

Follow the instructions within the application to complete the installation and successfully transfer it to your new device.

When you change your mobile number:

• in the sDoktor application, go to Settings,
• select the "Delete user account" option.

Follow the instructions to delete your user account.

After you have successfully deleted the account, install the sDoktor application on the device with your new mobile number.

Follow the usual instructions to log in and activate the application with the new number so you can continue using the sDoktor service.

You will now be able to continue using the sDoktor application on your new device or with your new mobile number.

Skvid d.o.o., as the technical provider of the application, does not process nor have access to the communication between app users and healthcare institutions or doctors.

Communication takes place exclusively between the patient and their chosen doctor or healthcare institution. For the system’s functionality, only the user’s phone number is used, while all other data is encrypted and securely stored in our data center, without third-party access and without being shared with any third parties. The application is fully compliant with GDPR and European data protection standards.

Ordering through the sDoktor application is simple. After logging into the app, select your doctor and press the call button to leave a voice message, or simply send a text message. Your message will safely reach your doctor.

Yes. Communication between the patient and the doctor is encrypted and private. Skvid has no access to the content of messages or the exchange of information within the application. You can read more about data protection in our Privacy Policy.
