1. Project Title

Commercialization of the sDoktor innovative digital solution for improving communication processes in the healthcare system.

2. Project Summary

Skvid d.o.o. is implementing a strategic development and innovation project focused on the commercialization of the advanced digital solution sDoktor, a modern communication platform designed for secure, fast, and efficient information exchange between patients, doctors, and healthcare institutions.
The sDoktor platform enables faster information flow, simplifies administrative processes in medical practices, and reduces the time required to complete daily operational tasks.
The solution is based on proprietary server infrastructure located in the Republic of Croatia, ensuring a high level of reliability, security, and full system control.
The project includes upgrading application functionalities, developing a scalable server–cloud architecture, strengthening cybersecurity, optimizing user experience, and preparing the solution for wider market adoption.

3. Project Objectives

The project aims to achieve the following objectives:

  • Digital transformation of communication and administrative processes

  • Greater availability of doctors to patients via a secure digital channel

  • Commercialization of innovations developed within Skvid

  • Improvement of server infrastructure and security systems

  • Enhancement of user experience and acceleration of information flow

  • Reduction of administrative burden in medical practices

4. Expected Results

Project implementation is expected to deliver:

  • an improved and market-ready version of the sDoktor platform

  • more efficient and reliable communication between users

  • faster information flow in everyday processes

  • higher level of system security

  • better organization of work in medical practices

  • greater availability of doctors to patients through a digital channel

5. Key Activities

The project includes:

  • development and upgrading of sDoktor platform modules

  • implementation of advanced security mechanisms and authentication

  • improvement of server and cloud infrastructure in Croatia

  • introduction of scalable technologies for large numbers of users

  • market research and development of commercialization models

  • marketing and sales activities

  • user education

  • project management and administration

8. Social Value of the Project

The project strengthens the technology sector, encourages innovation and technological development, and contributes to the creation of modern digital solutions at national and European levels.
