LAUNCHING THE APPLICATION

Open the sDoktor application on your mobile device.
Log in to your user account.

ACCESSING INSTITUTIONS

In the bottom bar or menu of the application, find and select the option "Institutions".

ADDING A NEW DOCTOR

In the upper right corner of the screen, find the "+" icon and tap it.

CHOOSING HOW TO ADD A NEW DOCTOR

Select one of the following methods to find and add another doctor or institution:

• sDoktor phone number: Enter the sDoktor phone number in the designated field.

• Institution code: Enter the institution code in the designated field.

• QR code scanning: Use your mobile device’s camera to scan the QR code displayed in the doctor’s office.

• Search by name: By tapping the magnifying glass icon in the bottom bar, you can access the institution search and search by name or doctor’s full name.

Note:

The doctor’s phone number in the sDoktor application is not the same as the number of the doctor’s office.
You can obtain the sDoktor phone number from your doctor or find it on the poster displayed in the doctor’s office.
The institution code can be found on a poster or leaflet in your doctor’s office, or you can ask directly.

CALLING THE DOCTOR

After adding a doctor or institution, locate it in the list of institutions within the app.
Select the institution/doctor and tap it.
On the institution screen, find the doctor’s phone number.
Use the "Call" function to call the doctor.

Note: Make sure to call the correct sDoktor phone number within the app to reach the appropriate doctor.
