If you have changed your mobile number and want to continue using the sDoktor application, we can update your number in a few simple steps.
1. Open the application
Launch the sDoktor app on your mobile device and log in to your user account.
2. Open the “Support” menu
On the home screen, at the bottom of the screen, select Support.
3. Send a request to our team
In the Support section, select the “Ask us” option and send a message stating:
- your current mobile number (the one registered in the app)
- the new mobile number you want to use
That’s all we need to start the change process.
4. Wait for confirmation
Once we receive your request, our team will notify you when the number has been successfully changed.
Response time may vary, so please be patient — we will contact you as soon as the change has been completed.
