How to contact Customer Support?

In the bottom menu bar, find the Support option.

In the “App Support” section, you can send us a message via chat — a short question, a technical inquiry, or a request for assistance.
Our team monitors all requests and replies as soon as possible.

4. Receiving a response

After sending your message, you will receive the reply directly in the app.
Your communication is secure, neatly archived, and available whenever you need it.
