Call your doctor
Call your doctor by phone or through the sDoktor mobile application and leave a voice message. The doctor will receive your message and contact you via the app for further coordination.

Use the Messages feature in the app
On the sDoktor home screen, select “Messages”, then the category “Inquiry”, and send your request. In the message, briefly state what you need — the app will immediately deliver the notification to your doctor, who will respond via the app.

A simple therapy ordering process
Whether you use a call or a message, your request is forwarded to your selected doctor. Once the doctor processes your request, you will receive a notification in the mobile app:

Your prescription is ready for pickup
or
The request is not valid / additional information is required
